I want to be my own boss, set my own schedule.

Where do I start? How do I know if I have a good idea or not?

Confusion over "where to start". Fear of failing, losing money, looking foolish. Don't let those doubts kill your DreamBiz idea.

We are bringing together a diverse, savvy panel (see below) of experts and entrepreneurs to focus exclusively on the questions women have in the early stage of their business idea.

This is a golden opportunity to access thousands of dollars worth of advice exactly tailored to women in the "thinking about it" stage.

Here are just a few of the things we will cover:

  • How to align your true strengths with your actions, and why that is important.
  • How to lay the groundwork to transition from corporate to being your own boss
  • The exact 5 things you need to focus on to lay the groundwork for business success, even BEFORE you start your business. And no, one of them is not “write a business plan.”
  • The secret no one really talks about with new business owners - what successful innovative companies do to test their ideas, and ways you can too, without spending a lot of time or money.
  • How to prepare yourself to keep going when things get tough (because they will).
  • The #1 most important thing all successful business people agree that you need to succeed, and how to cultivate it. And no, its not money.

Kala Philo Women's DreamBiz Blueprint System

In 2015, Kala radically simplified her life, selling or donating almost everything she owned to travel solo and reinvent her midlife journey. She is passionate advocate for women entrepreneurs, especially midlife women with DreamBiz ideas.

A former marketing video consultant and producer, her own experience as an entrepreneur showed her that women receive a lot of conflicting, unhelpful advice in the very beginning stages of their business journey. That, coupled with her frustration at the 80% rate of failure for new businesses, led her to create the DreamBiz Blueprint for Women, a 5 Step fun and empowering program for women with a DreamBiz idea to go from Idea to Action Plan.

Kala will speak to exactly WHAT to focus on first to explore your idea, (its not what you think), and WHY.
